WHAT YOU CAN TRADE IN
We accept requests for most* items that are;
1) In full working order, with no physical damage (general wear & tear is acceptable, please tell us using the dropdown when filling out the form)
2) Supplied with their Original Box, Power Lead & Remote Control (where applicable)
3) Less than 7 years old
* We are unable to accept Televisions at this time.
HOW WE VALUE YOUR TRADE IN
We reach a fair value using the information you provide, our experience and online indicators of the used market. To do this, we often use online marketplaces to see what similar items have sold for in the past. When reaching a value, we also consider the item you are looking to purchase from us*.
* Your Trade In valuation is valid against the purchase item provided in your quote, it is not transferrable to a different purchase item. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
HOW TO SEND YOUR GOODS
Once we have agreed a price and you have completed the remainder of your purchase, we'll advise you where to send your Trade In items. You are responsible for the safe transit of your goods, please ensure they are packed well and suitably insured. We will not accept any claim for loss or damage whilst your goods are on the way to us.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once we have received your Trade In items, we will check and assess them to ensure they are as described, safe and suitable for resale. In the event we are not satisfied with the goods, we will contact you to discuss your options.
As soon as we have approved the goods we will release your order for shipment. You will receive notifications with your dispatch details and tracking information as soon as it’s on its way!
